 Paradigm is a digital, experiential and public relations agency based in Toronto. Our team of smart, creative, dedicated people is expanding. We are looking for an account manager with 4-5 years of experience to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Strategic thinking – ability to think beyond traditional ideas and approaches; keeping business objectives in mind
  • Media relations – ability to produce excellent results and secure strategic placements
  • Write media, social and other communications materials
  • Effectively work within timeline and account budget parameters
  • Team/time management—responsible for work allocation and delegation among team members
  • Mentor and oversee junior team members and oversee their career growth and development
  • Enthusiastic, embracing the Paradigm culture and attitude

 Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum four years public relations experience, including experience in corporate communications
  • High attention to detail and great organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team and strong project management skills are required
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends and current affairs
  • University degree
