Alberta Auto Insurance Campaign

Motivating politicians in Alberta to reform outdated auto insurance regulations was no easy task for the Insurance Bureau of Canada. The first step on the path to reform was getting the government to allow the industry to move from antiquated paper proof of insurance or “pink slips” to digital solutions. Paradigm created the Museum of Outdated Technology – which was brought to life through videos, a paid digital campaign and event for MLAs. The campaign opened the door for change, resulting in the Alberta government announcing a move to digital pink slips as the first step in auto insurance regulation reform.
